Beauty-product returns

For hygiene and safety, opened or used cosmetics may not be returnable unless defective, damaged, expired or incorrectly supplied. The final policy will clearly state the reporting window and evidence required.

Damaged or incorrect items

Customers should retain the outer packaging and record an unboxing video where practical. Contact support promptly with the order number and clear photographs.
